Dietary regulation to reduce body weight

Monday - the first day

In the morning As soon as you get a few drops of lemon juice in warm water. Do not eat anything solid food throughout the first day. Drink lots of water. Eat fruit juice or jaggery while eating. All the toxins in the body will go out.

Tuesday - fruits

You can eat the favorite fruits throughout the second day. It will enhance digestion. You can eat apples, mangoes, grapes, guava, jackpot, watermelon, salad, etc. Avoid bananas.

Wednesday - fiber:

Waking up in the morning should walk. Then take only vegetables throughout the day. Fibrous vegetables like cauliflower and broccoli are good. Drink as much water as you can. The body is clean.

Thursday - calcium

On the fourth day, the body will definitely need calcium. Let's eat milk two dumplings and a little cheese. Eat bananas today. It helps to increase body energy.

Friday - flour:

On the fifth day, the body will appear to be weaker now. The signs of thinning appear. Now let's eat red rice rice and nutritious vegetables. Eat it in lunch and eat vegetables only at other times or when hungry.

Saturday - protein:

Protein-rich poultry meat, fish, eggs, cheese and pulses can be divided into three days. But exercise for half an hour.

Sunday - the last day:

Eat red chilli rice, vegetables and fruits only. Now the body weight is somewhat equal. But this is only the first step. After that, we need to continue walking to reduce body weight. Nutritious eating habits, eight hours of sleep and daily 45 minutes of exercise or yoga, will automatically decrease body weight
